which honey is healthier solid or liquid?

I am sensitive for food acidity.
I tasted many jars of honey and realized that liquid honey is too acidic and not edible since my tongue and body senses flatly reject it.
Solid honey on the contrary appears tasty and friendly.
So I never use liquid honey just as I avoid products which were prepared with heated oil.
My advise:trust your senses and not jar labels!
