What is the difference with the freeze dried royal jelly

what is the difference with the freeze dried royal jelly in capsules and in the freeze dried powder? Are the capsules less potent? The freeze dried write up talks about it being 3x higher intensity to the fresh jelly. Ive ordered the fresh jelly from bee pollen buzz before and find it great but hard to travel with. I am looking to see if the other products would work better for me.

The freeze dried powder in powder form is the exact same as the freeze dried powder in our capsules. Same strength and potency.
