Thawing Frozen Bee Pollen?
I keep my bee pollen granules in the freezer. I take about a tablespoon each morning. Is it necessary to take that amount out of the freezer ahead of time to let it thaw out before taking it? Or is it ok to take it directly from the freezer? I wasn't sure if it would affect the absorption if I take it frozen. Thanks!

No, it is not necessary to thaw your bee pollen. You can simply take it from your freezer and consume it as is!
