Hi I have just started giving the granuals to my 3 yr old starting with a couple and increasing daily. I have taken her off antihistamines for the moment hoping these will support her.she always ends up needing inhalers in the winter. I was reading that the bee pollen can be taken safely for 30 to 60 days. Does this mean I can't use it right the year through on going?
Thanks Tracy
Take a short break after 60 days but then it is generally regarded as safe to continue to use bee pollen long term.

2 yr old Bee’s Pollen pellets by: Sandra A.
I’ve kept my Bee’s Pollen Pellets in my fridge in a jar for 2 yrs. is it still good. It looks & smell fine. Should I throw it out? Can it still be put into my freezer to keep it longer. It’s a glass jar. Would appreciate feed back, hate to throw it out.
