Good Afternoon All! I have had extremely severe sinuses (no allergies per say) for many years. A CT scan showed that 95% of all 7 of my sinuses were completely blocked, while they've improved slightly, I am thinking I am still about 70% blocked. Someone just recommend bee pollen to me, but I am lost as to how to use it??
What form should I be taking it in? Does is come in pills? If so, is it's natural form, if there is one, better? What is the recommended dosage for sinus related issues?
Thanks so much!!
Hi Gina,
Yes, bee pollen comes in pills. You can find them here:

And yes, these are totally natural. I would suggest up to 4 per day for you. Start with only 1 and work up to 4 over a month's time.
I would also recommend a few things for your sinus issues:
1) Take 2 weeks and eliminate ALL dairy. Most people who suffer with sinus issues respond extremely well to a non-dairy based diet. If after 2 weeks you don't see any improvement, discontinue.
2) Add Omega 3 fish oil capsules to your diet. These are highly anti-inflammatory (and your sinuses are likely inflamed.
3) Try a product called Wobenzyme. This product is amazing.
Hope that helps,
Angela
