does royal jelly have to be refrigderated before it is open..if odering online should it be packed with coldpacks.to maintain a certain temp..thanks

It depends. If it is the fresh royal jelly that you are ordering, then yes, it needs to be packed with cold packs and efforts should be taken to avoid having the product in transit for too long. Use our Express Shipping option if you can.
