I am very impressed with your professionalism and expertise regarding your products, which seems to be lacking in the U.K.
I get Hayfever in the summer and I was wondering if
I should take Bee Pollen in conjunction with Propolis and Royal Jelly to counteract this allergy?
Do you know how many Mg of each these supplements I should be taking a day to improve my immune system and counteract hayfever?
I was also intrigued if you knew how much Royal Jelly the Queen Bee eats per day?
Kindest regards
Gary

Hi Gary,
Yes, bee pollen, royal jelly and propolis work wonders for many with seasonal allergies. I recommend you start out with very small amounts of one supplement to start and after working up to the recommended dose, then add in the second supplement. Repeat this with the second supplement and the third - start slowly with it and gradually increase until you reach the full recommended dose. The last thing you want is to have a bad reaction.
Recommended doses - check out these pages of mine for recommendations.
