I bought fresh unfrozen royal jelly online. My mailman accidentally gave it to my neighbor at 1pm who returned it at 9 pm to me. It was room temperature when I received it. The tiny ice pack with it was warm. Is it still good? I've never had royal jelly and it was very sour and smelled sour.
Angela's comments:
If it was only in transit for a day then it is likely fine. Royal Jelly tastes sour for the most part so that is its natural taste.

Yes, it was fresh. I'm in Louisiana so it was pretty hot. At least 100 degrees. 😢
Angela's Comments:
Unfortunately it has likely lost a great deal of its efficacy.
