Resuming Taking Bee Pollen after 30 Day Period

I recently started taking bee pollen for purposes of general health.
I understand from my findings that it should be consumed for a period of 30 days. So, my 30-day period will end in one week.
Thus, I'm curious about when or if to resume taking bee pollen after that period.
