raw vs. unpastureized honey for medicinal use

It's been recommended to me to use unpasteurized honey and water mix as anti-microbrial / anti-biotic for a scratched eye, my question is, is it ok to use raw honey instead?
Yes, raw honey, is by nature, unpasteurized.
