Raw Honey Not Solid at Room Temp

I just read on the site that raw honey should only be bought if solid at room temperature.
I have my own bees and the raw honey is not solid at room temperature. It is raw and unpasteurized.
I ensure that I only harvest capped honey - so it is not that I harvest too soon!
I have given honey to many friends and they reckon it is the best honey - ever!!
