What is the required dose for a 13 yr old boy, should I drop it straight on the tongue or mix with water?
Angela's Comments:
Follow the recommended dose on the back of the bottle Angela. As for how to administer to him, it is usually best to drop it straight onto his tongue. Propolis doesn't usually mix well with water.
