Propolis extract

I got the wrong stuff. I wanted skin cream and got a sticky extract. Is there a way to turn this into a skin cream?

Yes, you'd have to dissolve the propolis extract into a liquid and then mix it into a cream base. It certainly can be done but you'll need alcohol to dissolve the propolis.
