Propolis alcohol tincture

Hi There! I've heard that in alcohol tincture 60% good staff in propolis is gone. Is that true?

Can you post where you've read this Walter? It doesn't make sense to me as all tinctures are alcohol based and are quite effective when it comes to herbs and other botanicals. And tinctures are often the choice of natural health professionals like Naturopathic Dr's when treating challenging health conditions.
Can you clarify what you read for me.
