Mix royal jelly in hot oatmeal?
Can you mix fresh frozen royal in hot oatmeal or does the heat reduce its benefits?
Angela's Comments:
Yes, you can mix fresh royal jelly in hot oatmeal. I wouldn't suggest adding it to boiling hot but if you let the oatmeal cool for a few minutes, the royal jelly will maintain it's integrity.
