Menopause and period restart
I have been taking bee pollen for the past two weeks, love the the energy boost, I am menopausal and have not had a period for almost a year and a half, I woke up with my period yesterday, it is light but I want to be sure this is safe and normal, did the bee pollen cause this and will it continue?
