How much maca is in the honey? You stated on your site that you take maca daily, in what form and how much please.

Just waiting to hear back from the beekeeper on exactly how much maca is in our honey. I will post back here when I get that info.
I use maca almost daily but in a powder form that I add to my morning smoothie. I use a product from Ruth's Hemp products that is a hemp protein with Maca and E3Live in it.
