Hello Angela,
I am a hypothyroid patient, and read all the benefits of Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen in many articles. I would like to try Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen also, but I am afraid after reading that it has a bad effect on Asthmatics. I used to get Asthmatic attacks a few times in my 18th and 19th years age, but then they completely stopped on their own for some years, and my last mild attack was 21 years ago, just immediately after my child was born, although then also it was more of Hyperventilation and breathlessness more than a full blown Asthmatic attack. And it was 21 years ago, and since then I have not had a single Asthmatic attack, nor hyperventilation nor breathlessness problems also. So does this all mean I can safely take Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen? PLEASE PLEASE ANGELA OR SOMEONE REPLY TO THIS POST, I am absolutely desperate to improve my Thyroid gland functioning, as I feel absolutely lousy daily, and am suffering from so many thyroid symptoms, along with a whole long list of other health problems, and I read that Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen really helps in some cases. I desperately want to take them both. Thanks to all the replies in advance.
Regards,
Sudha
