How to Take Royal jelly
Just started the honey craze at my house and recently purchased Royal jelly. I've read a lot on it but still not sure best way to take it. Some say under the tongue and others mixed in honey and swallowed. I keep mine in the fridge and it seemed difficult to keep under my tongue. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
