How to get propolis off skin

Made a mm mixture of raw honey and bee propolis drops to apply topically, how do I get rid of the residue and smell! I've taken three baths back to back.
Raw honey should wash away in warm water quite easily. I'm guessing that it is the propolis that is the issue. In that case, use some rubbing alcohol or baking soda.
