How much do I need to take if I grounded the bee pollen granules in order to have the same nutrition that is in a tablespoon of the granules?
What I would suggest doing is taking a tablespoon of granules and putting it through your grinder and then noting how much ground pollen it produced. This will give you an idea of how much to take...
