Honey Treats ~ Home Made 'Super Food' Fudge...with Honey

Hello, I live in T.O. and get your Honey all the time at Markets, Health Food Stores etc. I'm playing with the Bee Pollen lately and have had to use Propolis (Yuck, but it WORKS!) for a few sore throats etc ... It's all great and I just love it.
I've been dabbling with mixing honey, tahini, coconut oil and things like Maca Powder, Mesquite Pod Meal, Dark Dutch Cocoa and other goodies (ground nuts and seeds) together and then hardening in the fridge ~ the coconut oil makes it go solid like a good fudge.
I am wondering if I am using plain cocoa, would the chocolate (caffeine) destroy any of the health properties of the honey? I even rolled my last 'power drops' in Bee Pollen and made for quite a pleasant experience. I hope I am not depleting these goodies of nutritional value by adding cocoa... It just tastes amazing...
Thanks for such a great site, and great product.

No, the cocao would not destroy the benefits at all. In fact, recent research suggests it would only enhance the health benefits of your recipe. Speaking of your recipe...would you mind posting it for me? I'd love to try it!
Bee healthy,
