Honey in liquid form

by Natalie

On your website you say liquid honey means that honey has been heated, which is not good for honey. Yet when I look at some of your honey products, they seem to be in liquid form. Is this a contradiction, or am I not understanding something?

Angela's Comments:

Our liquid honey products have only been very mildly re-heated. They have not been pasteurized, which involves excessive heat and damages the honey. All of our honey products are non-pasteurized.

Angela
