Hi, I just started taking bee pollen for my allergies. I live in Southern California and got some local bee pollen for this. I have been reading here about the different benefits of bee pollen, raw honey, royal jelly, and propolis, and it seems they have a lot of common benefits. I was wondering what you recommend using each of these for in a sort daily general health routine? Should all 4 be used daily, or some more during the onset of a cold? As I said I have started eating bee pollen daily for my allergies, so what else can I start with?
Thank you very much. I appreciate all the info of your site.

Well first of all, welcome to the world of bees! Since allergies are your main concern at this point, I would suggest continuing on with the bee pollen and adding in some raw honey. We see great results with this combination over time. So be patient and give nature a chance to help balance your immune response.
Propolis is a wonderful anti-viral, anti-bacterial. I tend to take it during cold and flu season or when I'm around people who are sick. It makes a great preventative.
You could certainly take royal jelly on a regular basis as it has numerous health benefits. My site has many of these benefits and studies listed so if you read anything that you feel relates to you then consider royal jelly.
Let me know if you have any more questions or comments. I'd be happy to help out.
