Fresh Bee Pollen & pollution?
Do you eat fresh raw bee pollen? I read where you should not eat fresh bee pollen from America because it might contain factory pollution. What are your thoughts on this?

Hi Rick,
Great question. The point you bring up is valid. Pollution is a reality in all agricultural /food products. Even organic foods are exposed to pollution because of wind and water currents. The best we can do is try to source our pollen from the least polluted areas we can. If this is a concern to you, I suggest you try our Super Premium bee pollen which is from Peace River, a very non-industrious area of Alberta.
