Expired royal jelly capsules ok to consume?
I was given a Wild Bounty New Zealand Royal Jelly 200 Capsules 100mg for Anti-Ageing. I thought this was really nice until I realised that the best before date is 31 April 2015. Today is 16 October 2016. Is it safe to consume this or should I discard this immediately?

I would not recommend that you consume them. They are very likely rancid.
