Does propolis can cure sinusitis and vertigo??

Hi, My brother have chronic sinusitis and also vertigo. It occur quite often, until it is very disturbing. I try to help him to find anything that can cure it. Does propolis can help? And what is the right dosage?. Does 500mg tablet enough daily?
