Claimed nutritional benefits

I read on the label of my product that.....bee pollen is the only food on earth that containing all 22 nutrients needed by mankind for complete health. That it contains every known vitamin and all of the minerals. Yet, when I read the label no nutrients, vitamins or minerals are listed in the nutritional facts.
I am curious is what it says true and just not listed due to the serving size of 1 Tab where they mention per oz?
