Can I take bee pollen pills if I have high blood pressure?
I am taking prescription medication for high blood pressure. Is it safe to take bee pollen pills without all the other herbal ingredients? I'm worried about drug interactions.
For the most part, bee pollen is safe with high blood pressure medications. There can be exceptions though. I would encourage you to consult with your pharmacist. He/she will know the interaction of your specific medication and the bee pollen best. I am not a trained pharmacist so I don't know how bee pollen will interact with your specific meds. Best to be safe and speak with them.
