Can I take bee pollen in my coffee?

Can I take bee pollen in my coffee? Is it still effective if I mix the bee pollen in with my coffee and take it that way? Is there any lost benefit if taking the bee pollen in a hot drink?
Angela's Comments:
You certainly can take your bee pollen in your coffee but I'd suggest waiting a few minutes for the coffee to cool before adding the bee pollen as the boiling water may damage some of the delicate enzymes in the bee pollen.
