can i take vit-b complex along with bee pollen? i have been taking nature made super b complex with folic acid and vitamin c. is it too much too add bee pollen too?

Yes, you absolutely can take a B-complex along with bee pollen. B-vitamins are water soluble and any excess you consume will be excreted through your urine.
