Yes, you can put propolis on your hands but the issue you will encounter is the propolis is resinous by nature meaning it has a waxy/sticky feel to it. It may stick to your hands. What I recommend using is a propolis based cream that has the propolis properly dissolved into the cream in the proper amounts.
