Biosil for beautiful skin
Angela, you mentioned to take Biosil as it is a precursor to collagen and is sold in health food stores. What am I looking for i.e. liquid, caps, powder? what strength should I buy and how much should I take? I live in Canada, do you suggest a particular brand? Sorry for all the questions but, we need to know ... lol

Biosil has recently been reformulated to include biosil plus a couple of other products and it is now called Collagen Plus. It comes in a liquid 30 ml bottle. I get asked about skin health all of the time so I have begun carrying a women's line of products. You can get the Collagen Plus in our store now.
