I use the bee pollen from your farm. I don't have allergies except the occasional seasonal allergies, which I don't get every year. Should I just power through it like you said some others did?

I would tend to error on the cautious side Lauren and discontinue the bee pollen for several weeks and then try to re-introduce it very, very slowly starting out with one or two granules and slowly working up to a full teaspoon over a month. (as long as you don't get any weird symptoms)
