Hi Angela!
Please disregard my previous post-I made a mistake.
Just received my 1st order from you. Your honey tastes great!
I apologize if my questions are beyond your area of expertise. I take quite a few supplements. My life style is very busy as I work in a field service, leaving home at around 7 am and coming back after 6 pm. I can’t carry my supplements to spread them throughout the day.
1st thing in the morning I take a tbs of bee pollen and chunk of propolis with some water. After shower I take a glass of water with apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper and honey. Then I mix royal jelly and flaxseed powder with my yogurt and take vitamin D3. During the day I drink water mixed with vitamin C in a form of magnesium ascorbate.
In the evening I also take pollen, propolis, and salad with olive oil and vinegar, and finish my day with a few cups of herbal tea with honey.
My question is: will other supplements interact with the bee products? If so, how would you suggest to adjust my regimen?
Thank you so much!
Hi Alex,
You have a great regime going. I wish more of my customers ate and took care of their bodies like you are! I don't see anything that you have to worry about. You are using mainly whole foods as your supplements and Vitamin D3 and C have very few if any interactions. In fact, you are using a similar regime to what I use daily. It is hard for me to recommend further supplements for you without knowing what your typical diet is like but by the sounds of it, you are doing quite well. Some things to consider adding to your daily regimen would be an organic greens drink, an organic berry mix (I like Miracle Reds) and some organic maca. You might also consider a high quality, whole food based multi vitamin and mineral formula. I use the Raw Multi by Garden of Life. It's amazing!
