Hello! first let me say that i absolutely love your site! i haven't tried anything yet, but i will be placing an order this weekend! about 2 yrs ago, i suffered from an electrolyte imbalance brought on by a low carb diet and extreme exercising. it was the scariest thing i have ever went through, as it caused months of panick attacks, and mild psychosis. i am finally myself again after a very long year. my question is, what are the mental benefits of bee supplements? and do they interact with anti depressants? i am very into the health of my brain after this experience, and i am hoping bee products with help maitain this!

Glad you are enjoying our site! Great question and great to hear that you're feeling yourself again. The only study that I have come across on bee products and mental health is listed below:

While the study was done on rats, it certainly suggests that there may be some benefit for humans.
Bee pollen would also likely help in proper brain function as the wide array of vitamins and minerals, particularly the B Vitamins, are very important for a healthy brain. There are no studies on bee pollen and brain health but based on what nutrients are in a quality bee pollen, it makes sense to conclude that bee pollen may be of some value.
Hope that helps,
Angela
