I now have info overload after all the reading I did on your site. Good too!! I started using the freeze-dried RJ(what I could find on a quick note in my town)4 days ago and noted good changes! (i.e. more "umph", sleeping better, and by day 3, starting to feel full all day in a satisfactory way. Question: Why would I take RJ and why would I take Bee Pollen?? Are there beneficial differences? And would one use "both" in a given day?? Thx!!

Hi Laurel,
Thank you for your post! Great to hear that you're obtaining excellent benefits from the royal jelly. And yes, there are big differences between royal jelly and bee pollen. I would suggest you read these two pages to compare the differences:
https://www.bee-pollen-buzz.com/benefits-of-bee-pollen.html

Now, I like to summarize bee pollen as a general health tonic. Royal jelly has more therapeutic properties and is a very good hormonal tonic. It does many other things as well but you are on to something in that they work very well together at boosting overall vitality, energy etc. The products of the hive work synergistically, meaning they work better together than as single ingredients.
Are you treating any type of health condition?
