Bee Pollen for my dog's itchy skin

Hello...
I've read a little bit about bee pollen being beneficial for dogs with itchy skin (taken orally)..
Can you offer any advice on that? My 20lb dog has been plagued with itchy feet/skin all his life.
Does all honey have bee pollen in it, or is bee pollen a separate thing?
If it's a separate thing, where do I find it in the Ottawa area?
