bee pollen and royal jelly?

Can i take bee pollen and royal jelly together? I am 44 yo mother of 4 so i am trying to decide which one or both.

Yes, you absolutely can take them together. In fact, I often find there is a strong synergistic effect when taking both royal jelly and pollen together.
