Bee pollen and Atkins diet?

Can I take bee pollen while on the Atkins diet? If so, how much should I take?
Angela's Comments:
Yes, you can but I would recommend using the pills. Bee pollen does have some carbs so you'll need to limit your dose to 3 capsules per day.
