Bee Pollen, allergies and location

Does my source for bee pollen need to be local, like local honey, for helping with allergies? My allergies seem to be worse in the fall.
If you are attempting to help with pollen based allergies, then yes, local is best. If your allergies are not to pollens, any good quality bee pollen will help the immune system modulate itself.
