Allergic Reaction?

I did a royal jelly face mask for the first time, and left it on about 30 mins. Then I washed it off, and everything was fine. Another 30 mins later I got a large red itchy bump on my forehead and then shortly after a large itchy bump on the tip of my nose. Is this a severe allergic reaction to the product? Do you recommend visiting a hospital or do most reactions subside on there own?
